Position Summary:
The Paraplanner is a client-facing role focused on managing and deepening relationships with individuals and families. While the Wealth Advisor serves as the primary point of contact and lead advisor for clients, the paraplanner plays a critical supporting role in delivering exceptional client service. The paraplanner acts as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency, and collaborates closely with internal teams to support onboarding, operations and communication.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner closely with the Wealth Advisor, to ensure timely and accurate service delivery across all client needs. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, service requests, and account-related needs. Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, custodian platform setup, and internal coordination. Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service. Collaborate with internal teams (advisory, operations, planning) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure CRM data is current and accurate. Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred: Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or wealth management. Professional certifications (CFP, CFA, or similar) are a plus.

Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills with a can-do approach to work.
