Overview The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team within a growing franchisor. This role is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and performance while supporting franchisee success and scalable growth. The VP of Finance will balance corporate financial leadership with a strong understanding of the franchise model, unit economics, and systemwide profitability.

Key Responsibilities Lead all financial planning and analysis for the franchisor, including budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning Own franchise system unit economics and support leadership with insights on royalties, fees, marketing funds, and franchisee profitability Partner with operations, development, and marketing teams to evaluate financial impact of new initiatives, pricing changes, and growth strategies Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financials Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation across the organization Support franchise development through financial modeling, pro formas, and site level ROI analysis Provide guidance on franchise disclosure document financial sections and financial performance representations where applicable Serve as a key resource to franchisees by helping interpret financial results, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement Prepare materials and reporting for ownership, board members, lenders, or private equity partners Evaluate M&A opportunities, new concepts, or strategic investments as the franchise system expands Build, lead, and develop a high performing finance and accounting team

Qualifications Experience in a senior finance role within a franchisor, multi unit, or consumer facing business Strong understanding of franchise economics, royalties, advertising funds, and unit level P&Ls Proven background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Experience working with private equity partners, boards, or institutional ownership preferred Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non financial stakeholders Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across departments and with franchise owners Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus
