Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Java Lead
with strong expertise in Java and its ecosystem, combined with experience in modern front-end technologies and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing enterprise applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and working in a service-oriented architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications using
Java, J2EE, REST, SQL, and Tomcat . Develop front-end components using
Node.js, AngularJS, and Backbone.js . Architect and implement
cloud-based solutions on AWS , leveraging services such as
EBS, IAM, SWF, SQS, Lambda, S3, and Kinesis . Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using tools like
Git/Stash, Jenkins, Sonar, uDeploy . Perform
DevOps activities , including
Dockerization , automation scripts (Bash), and deployment to continuous delivery servers. Write and optimize complex queries using
Oracle PL/SQL . Apply best practices in
software engineering , including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and testing. Drive adoption of
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
or
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications 69 years
of experience in Java and related technologies in a lead capacity. Strong proficiency in
Server-Side Java, J2EE, REST APIs, SQL, JUnit, and Tomcat . Hands-on experience with
front-end frameworks : Node.js, AngularJS, Backbone.js. 2+ years
of experience in designing and developing
AWS-based solutions , including serverless development using Lambda. 3+ years
of experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and related tools. Solid understanding of
DevOps practices , including containerization and automation scripting. Knowledge of
software development lifecycle
and agile methodologies. Practical experience with
TDD/BDD
is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Nice to Have Experience with
microservices architecture . Familiarity with
event streaming
and
