Job Overview We are hiring an
RT Ops Solution Engineer
to join a high-performing technology team delivering scalable and reliable software solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating closely with business and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions Interpret technical specifications and build advanced solutions Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams Participate in Agile or Waterfall delivery models Create technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses Develop presentations and solution demonstrations Identify and recommend process and system improvements Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years
of relevant technical experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills .NET:
C#, VB.NET, Windows Services ASP.NET WebAPI, WebForms, Blazor ORM/Micro-ORM: Entity Framework, Dapper, RepoDb Frontend: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React Python , Django DRF Databases: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PowerShell scripting WiX installer / packaging
