Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate Location : Los Angeles, California Job Summary: We are working with a Los Angeles based PE firm looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate. They specialize in buyouts, structured debt, and special situations and are currently fundraising and investing out of three different fund strategies. The firm maintains a flexible investment strategy with significant dry powder and diverse exposure across its funds. They are a 15 member invest team and foster a long-term, career-focused culture, emphasizing low turnover, professional growth, and a collaborative, lean team environment where all members contribute to decision-making. **3 years of finance experience and 1+ years of PE experience required! Private Equity Associate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related field preferred. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
