Client Engagement:

Build and strengthen client relationships through networking, portfolio management, and consistent communication. Financial Strategy Development:

Skills & Experience

Education:

Bachelors degree, or equivalent skills and work experience. Licensing:

State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. Personal Attributes:

Training & Development

FINRA Sponsorship:

Provided for required licensing. Preliminary Employment Period (PEP):

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-On Payment:

$250$1,000 upon signing the PEP agreement, based on timely completion of licensing requirements. Stable Pay:

Upon completing PEP, become a 20th Edition financial professional with up to 24 months of biweekly stable pay ($34,500 annually, based on a structured 40-hour workweek). Commissions & Bonus:

Opportunities to earn additional income through performance. Benefits:
