Licensing & Education Support:
We provide guidance and training for the Life, Accident & Health licensing process as well as the SIE, Series 7, and 66 exams. Structured, Hands-On Training:
Receive professional development in key areas: financial planning, client relationship management, product training, industry compliance, prospecting, business planning and more Joint Work with Senior Advisors:
Learn by doing - partner with experienced advisors on real client cases while building confidence and skills. Path to Building Your Own Practice:
Gain the autonomy to grow your own book of business with ongoing coaching and support from our leadership team.
What You'll Do Build your own book of business Understand clients goals and create personalized financial strategies Educate clients on financial solutions Help implement and monitor their financial plans as life and goals evolve Commit to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the field
Who Were Looking For Recent graduates from all majors (Finance/Business a plus but not required) Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Passion for helping others and making a long-term impact
