Macdonald & Company is proud to be exclusively retained by a dynamic real estate investment firm to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its growing U.S. platform, based in South Florida.

With a long-standing international track record and committed capital in place, our client is scaling its U.S. business to focus on multifamily, mixed use, and alternative asset strategies across the Sun Belt. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious early career professional to work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership on underwriting, structuring, and executing institutional quality real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities Support senior leadership in sourcing, underwriting, and executing U.S. real estate investments, often structured as joint ventures with development and operating partners. Build detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses in Excel. Assist in preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and due diligence materials. Conduct market research, comparable transaction analyses, and portfolio performance tracking. Participate in all stages of the deal cycle from initial underwriting through closing and asset oversight.

Candidate Profile 1 to 3 years in real estate investment, acquisitions, development, or capital markets. Bachelors degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and strong quantitative capability. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to learn within a lean, high performance team environment. Must be based in or willing to relocate full time to West Palm Beach, Florida.
