Boston, MA About the Role:
A leading private equity firm is seeking a
Senior Associate
to join their Valuations & Strategic Analysis team. The role offers exposure to portfolio valuation, financial analysis, and fundraising support across a diverse set of portfolio companies in media, communications, education, and technology. Key Responsibilities: Assist with quarterly valuation analysis of portfolio companies
Prepare materials for financial reporting and fundraising initiatives
Support new fund launches and respond to investor due diligence requests
Create ad hoc reports for senior leadership and other departments
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA a plus, not required)
23 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or investment roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Professional maturity with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel
