Overview
A growing, infrastructure-focused organization is seeking a Analyst to support its M&A and corporate development efforts. This role works closely with senior investment leadership and collaborates across finance, accounting, legal, and operating teams. The analyst will play an active role in evaluating acquisitions, investments, and partnership opportunities and will contribute to key strategic and growth-oriented decisions.
Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities through market and industry research, competitive analysis, and review of relevant transaction activity Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, operating metrics, and benchmarking work Assist with financial and commercial due diligence by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, reviewing diligence materials, and identifying key risks and value drivers Support transaction execution across multiple concurrent projects, including preparing investment materials and presentations under tight timelines Assist with the development of transaction processes and best practices Help monitor and track the performance of existing and newly completed investments Collaborate across internal teams to ensure transactions align with broader business objectives and strategic priorities
Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field 12+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, private equity, or another transaction-focused role Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to work independently and accurately
