We are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group (CREG). This individual will be responsible for underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management of acquisition, value-add/bridge, and construction loans across all asset classes.
Assist Relationship Manager (RM) with structuring, underwriting, and managing non-owner-occupied commercial real estate loans in accordance with the Banks established guidelines and policies. Partner with the RM as the point of contact for the client and legal counsel, acting as a liaison to the credit department, the commercial support staff, and other internal business partners. Underwriting and drafting opportunity/pre-screen memos, formal loan approval memos, modifications, annual reviews, and risk rating changes. Ongoing portfolio management including tracking financial reporting, monitoring covenant compliance, and evaluating risk ratings and making changes when necessary. Ensure compliance with the Banks regulatory and credit requirements. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as needed for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experience 5-10 years of commercial banking experience, ideally with a minimum of 2 years of direct portfolio management experience in commercial real estate Strong underwriting, Excel/modeling, and business writing skills Attention to detail Ability to analyze personal, company, and fund financial statements Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk rate loans/credits Develop solutions to problem loan credits Has knowledge of treasury and derivative products and has demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the Bank to bring effective full-service solutions to the company
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
