Broker & Wholesale Channel Manager
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado

of business purpose residential transitionary loans (BPL & RTL, respectively). MMTC originated over $700MM in 2023 and ranked #8 on the Scotsman Guide 2024 Top Overall Private Lender List with over $800MM in originations.
In 2022, MMTC was acquired by leading investment firm KKR and integrated into the Toorak Capital Partners (TCP) portfolio. TCP is a highly decorated Loan Aggregator in the BPL RTL space having completed the first ever bridge-only deal and also the first ever rated bridge deal.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Workflow:
Manage initial screening/ qualification/ distribution of B/W Channel leads to identify quality White Label/ Broker partner candidates.
Interview and assess initial qualification standards for White Label/ Table Funding Candidates Licensing Loan Quality Volume Product Mix White Label Experience Company Infrastructure (FTE) Geography Default Performance Financials Execute / audit Onboarding requirements for White Label/ Table Funding Candidates NDA Disclosures Program Guideline Review Pricing Standards Review Sizer Education Application / Disclosure requirements Document Requirements Oversee hand-off of Broker partner candidates as Top-Down Referrals to front line Sales Team for Concierge intro. Referrals to internal Sales Team based on: Geography Loan Program (i.e. Multi Fam, DSCR , SFR 1-4) Experience Tenure / Product Expertise
TF | White Label Pipeline Management:
Acting liaison to Review submitted Scenarios, document validation, enforcement of Underwriting guidelines and submission standards between B/W Channel partners and operational support.
Work together with B/W Channel lending partners to assist in communication, processes, and condition management Work hand in hand with operational support on the B/W pipeline inclusive of underwriting, processors, closers, and post closers on loan requirements Maintain consistency with pipeline in both Toorak Connect and the MMTC LOS for B/W Channel loans. Steer loan paths internally with internal operational support for closing requirements based off of state and compliance requirements that need to be met for White Label/ Table Funding and Brokered Loan execution
Ad hoc responsibilities as it pertains to the Origination, Underwriting and Closing of loans originated via the B/W Channel.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher required Minimum 5 years of mortgage experience. Strong preference for experience with screening or underwriting multifamily/mixed-use loans. Experience with institutional lending required and secondary market loan trading preferred Effective pipeline management skills Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
