Job Title: Financial Advisor (Escalations & Client Services)
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possibility of extension / conversion
Licenses Required: Active Series 7
Job Responsibilities: Handle client escalations and provide accurate resolution to inquiries. Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized financial guidance and solutions. Assess client needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment and financial strategies. Present recommendations to resolve moderately complex financial situations while exercising sound judgment. Educate clients on investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, delivering an exceptional client experience.
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Client Service roles. Active Series 7 (required). Strong communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate financial concepts into clear recommendations for clients.
