Build and refine cash-flow models, waterfall structures, collateral assumptions, and credit enhancement levels for ABS transactions across asset classes. Coordinate deal timelines, manage data rooms, run analytics for rating agencies, assist with documentation, and support syndication and investor marketing. Review loan-level data, performance trends, stress scenarios, and pool composition to assess risks and optimize structure. Track secondary market spreads, new-issue pricing, and investor sentiment; prepare materials for investor roadshows and internal committees. Work with originators, legal, risk, and treasury to ensure compliance, capital efficiency, and alignment of structure with business and regulatory requirements.
