Private Equity Associate Role Overview:
Slated to raise their next fund in 2026, the team is looking for a Private Equity Associate who is eager to work end to end on transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated investment professional to join a collaborative and operationally focused team. Additionally, as the Private Equity Associate, you will work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company executives, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle.
Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
Assist in due diligence and deal execution processes.
Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
Strong ties to the Southeast - specifically Atlanta, GA
