Associate Wealth Manager

As an Associate Wealth Manager, youll work alongside some of the industrys most talented senior advisors, helping to manage existing client relationships while taking on new ones as your experience grows. Youll develop comprehensive financial plans, deliver exceptional client service, and play a key role in the ongoing success of the firms wealth management team. What Youll Be Doing: Support senior advisors in all aspects of client relationship management, including complex planning and investment strategies. Take ownership of select existing client relationships and lead new relationships as appropriate. Develop and present financial plans, retirement and cash flow projections, and tax planning recommendations. Conduct investment research and portfolio performance reviews. Manage and respond to client service requests with precision and care. Collaborate closely with advisors, investment strategists, and client service teams to deliver a seamless wealth management experience. Organize, analyze, and interpret client financial data to inform planning and investment decisions.
What Were Looking For: Bachelors Degree required; Series 65 and CFP highly preferred. 3+ years of client-facing experience in a wealth management or RIA environment. Strong background in financial planning and client relationship management. Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Proficiency with CRM and financial planning tools. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to work as part of a team.
