The Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for managing digital acquisition strategy while continuously analyzing credit trends, making recommendations to leadership, and supporting projects that span all aspects of credit risk. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, quantitative analytics, and financial acumen, along with strong collaboration skills to ensure credit risk policies and broader business objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of unsecured consumer lending, with particular emphasis on digital acquisitions, pricing, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: * Monitor and manage digital acquisition strategy using internal and external data sources, including marketing and credit data. * Drive vigilant digital portfolio monitoring through review of asset quality reporting, delinquency and loss performance, key industry trends, peer benchmarking, and the regulatory landscape. * Develop and present periodic credit risk presentations to executive leadership and risk committees. * Support the implementation of digital risk management models. Qualifications * A bachelor's or master's degree in a related business field is strongly preferred. * 1-2 years of relevant consumer credit risk experience in consumer credit cards. Cross functional experience (acquisitions, loss forecasting, marketing, pricing, profitability analytics, etc.) is a plus. * Solid working knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, or other analytical/coding tools. * Strong analytical, interpretive, collaborative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical, common-sense solutions to complex business challenges. * P&L knowledge and understanding of key profit drivers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey actionable and understandable business intelligence
