What You Bring Several years of experience in financial planning or advising (youve been in the industry long enough to know what you dont want). A deep commitment to your clients well-being and long-term success. A desire to work with integrity, empathy, and purpose. Interest in earning advanced designations (CFP, ChFC, etc.) to deepen your expertise. Why This Role Matters

COMPENSATION: We offer a base salary of $75,000-$100,000, plus a bonus potential of 12%, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, potential for career growth, and a great working environment. We feel that time away from the office is important, so our vacation policy encourages associates to take a full week every year. St. Joseph, MO, is far enough from KC that it is not suburbia, but close enough that you can
almost
smell the BBQ smoke. St. Joseph has local restaurants and shops as well as major chains. Since 2010, St. Joseph has been home to training camp for the Super Bowl Champion LIV Kansas City Chiefs.
