Were hiring an Sr. Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end platform powering an AI voice assistant, Salesforce integrations, and email automation services. Youll lead architecture, reliability, and delivery across multiple business-critical systems, spanning Node.js orchestration, Salesforce services, and AWS serverless infrastructure. As the domain grows, this role will expand into building and leading a small engineering team.
Responsibilities: AI Voice Orchestration (Node/TypeScript): Lead development of our outbound calling scheduler, orchestration services, webhook handling, ElevenLabs integration, and real-time warm-transfer notifications. Salesforce Services (C#/.NET): Own SOQL/REST integrations, composite APIs, record search/update logic, and token/auth flows for all Salesforce-backed workflows. Email Automation: Maintain and evolve pipelines that trigger outbound email workflows based on Salesforce record updates and submission logic. Reliability & Operations: Improve latency, idempotency, retries/backoff, logging, monitoring, and error handling across Lambda functions and services. Architecture: Shape our event-driven AWS architecture. Driving design decisions, standards, and long-term platform evolution. Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Salesforce admins, sales, operations, and product to translate business rules into robust, maintainable systems. Technical leadership: Set code standards, review high-impact changes, document systems clearly, mentor engineers, and hire as the team expands.
Skill Requirements: 7+ years backend engineering experience owning production systems end-to-end. Strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and/or C#/.NET with willingness to work across both. Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch). Deep experience integrating with third-party APIs, especially Salesforce (SOQL/REST/OAuth). Strong fundamentals in debugging, performance tuning, async workflows, and distributed system behavior. High ownership and comfort leading a mission-critical platform.
Bonus Skills: Experience with telephony/voice APIs (Twilio, ElevenLabs). Email systems (SendGrid, SES) and CRM-driven journeys. Real-time communication systems (WebSockets, push notifications).
