We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate will also bring strong data acumen and experience with data visualization tools to enhance financial storytelling and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast Identify drivers of performance and recommend corrective actions
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models for business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives Support M&A evaluations and ROI analyses
Data & Visualization: Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to present financial insights in a clear and compelling manner Collaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data sources
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as
Power BI ,
Tableau , or
Looker Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills: SQL or other data querying experience Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning in financial contexts Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
