**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with hotel staff and local authorities when needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist guests and staff with directions or information as needed, while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
