Role Summary

Identify and acquire new commercial and retail business to increase loan and deposit portfolios. Build relationships with prospects and centers of influence to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Acquisition:

Source new loan and deposit opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Relationship Management:

Maintain and expand existing client portfolios. Cross-sell treasury management and bank services. Credit Analysis:

Gather financial statements and tax returns. Perform initial credit assessments and determine risk profiles. Structuring & Negotiation:

Structure loan terms and conditions. Present proposals to credit committees for approval. Market Activity:

Attend community events and industry conferences to generate leads and visibility. Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to bank policies, legal regulations, and documentation standards. Technical Skills Commercial credit underwriting Financial statement analysis (cash flow, debt service coverage) SBA and conventional loan structuring Core banking software and CRM proficiency Required Experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent. 5+ years in commercial lending or deposits business development. Proven history of meeting production goals.
