Job Description

  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Learn how to build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Learn how to "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Learn to Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
  • Participate in a world class training program and become a participating Mentee to those above you.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Entry Level Sales Development Representative should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Internship experience (sales, business development, or recruitment)
  • Competitive nature in education, sports, etc.
  • High Energy, determination and resilience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
