The Beloit Sky Carp are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team! We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves connecting with the community, and is passionate about driving sales success. In this role, you'll play a key part in generating revenue for both the Beloit Sky Carp and ABC Supply Stadium in downtown Beloit. You'll focus on selling full-season ticket packages, half-season ticket packages, and mini-plan packages, while also providing excellent service to our loyal season ticket holders. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new revenue through campaign execution, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Identify and secure new local and regional partners for season ticket packages.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients (40-60 outbound calls per day)
- Conduct in-person and on-site appointments with prospects and customers.
- Develop customized packages and incentives to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
- Ensure that exceptional service is provided to all clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience required.
- High energy and enthusiasm for sales and community engagement.
- Resilient and comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Willingness to attend games, events, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
