As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution setting.
  • Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Remain alert and attentive during patrols to help to deter disruptive behavior and maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
