Job Description
UAS Technician – Build the Future of Aerospace
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $30–$35/hour | Full-time | Day Shift (M–F)
We’re not just building drones—we’re building the future of aerospace. Our Group 3 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are taking off fast, and we need bold, detail-obsessed technicians who want to be on the frontlines of innovation. If you’ve got the hands-on skills to assemble, wire, and integrate advanced aircraft systems—and the curiosity to solve problems no one’s solved before—you’ll thrive here.
This is your chance to join a team that’s growing rapidly, where every aircraft you build goes from the bench to the sky, powering real missions and making real impact.
What You’ll Do
Assemble Group 3 UAS platforms from the ground up—airframes, payloads, avionics, propulsion, and ground control systems.
Wire, solder, crimp, and integrate systems with precision (and pride).
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Configure firmware, calibrate aircraft systems, and help get our aircraft mission-ready.
Document your builds so the team can learn, scale, and keep raising the bar.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and flight ops—you’ll see your work fly.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or degree a plus).
2+ years in aerospace, aviation, UAS, or technical manufacturing.
Hands-on chops: mechanical/electrical assembly, soldering, harness building.
Ability to read and execute from wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
A builder’s mindset: detail-oriented, quality-driven, and ready to get your hands dirty.
U.S. Citizenship required (DoD clearance eligibility is a plus).
Extra Points If You Have
Experience with Group 2–3 UAS platforms or tactical UAS systems.
Composite airframe construction/repair know-how.
IPC certifications in soldering or wire harnessing.
ERP system experience for documenting builds.
Why Join Us
Be part of a company that’s scaling fast—your work matters here.
Build aircraft that aren’t stuck on paper—they fly.
Work alongside engineers, operators, and innovators who geek out on aerospace.
Competitive pay, hands-on experience, and room to grow with a rising company.
