Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. (9-hour shifts with some overtime available)
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold all safety and food safety standards.
What You Bring
Required:
- 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Food manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish a plus).
