Benefits Summary: M&E Engineering Consultant Entitle Phone & Transport Allowance Mon - Fri; Office Hours Job Scope: Develop and refine Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering designs in alignment with project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability principles. Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering drawings and specifications while providing technical leadership to ensure the proper implementation of M&E systems. Engage and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution, facilitating effective communication to align expectations and resolve technical issues. Oversee permit applications, authority submissions, and regulatory compliance processes to ensure adherence to local building codes and industry regulations. Manage and administer project tenders, contract documentation, and cost estimation processes to ensure accurate budgeting and efficient procurement. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring M&E installations adhere to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns. Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring timely progress and adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team. Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate decision-making. Job Requirement Hold a

Bachelor's Degree

in

Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Have

relevant experience

in M&E design and implementation for building services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Demonstrate

problem-solving abilities

and a proactive approach in addressing project challenges to ensure smooth execution. earning and professional development, including training in technical and management areas to enhance expertise. Exhibit
