Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Minimum Years Of Experience : 9 years Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates success in understanding business problems and managing client projects involving areas such as: Developing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for large organizations. Implementing MDM tools like SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, Profisee, Attaccama, or Reltio. Architecting end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns, workflows, and policies. Designing MDM strategies, programs, and governance models. Utilizing data querying and processing technologies like SQL, Python/PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks. Working with data quality systems and data management workflows. Applying functional knowledge in domains like customer, product, or supplier data. Relating MDM systems to industry use cases and building business cases for MDM investments. Defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps. Proficiency in data models of systems like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle ERP is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders. Leadership in MDM development, solution accelerators, GTM strategies, and client training. Team leadership, workload monitoring, and mentoring abilities. Learn more about how we work:
