In the role of Power Delivery Project Manager, you'll: Manage and lead projects throughout their lifecycle, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Mentor and supervise project team members, including engineers and technicians. Ensure quality control in line with HDR’s QMS requirements. Oversee non-engineering project components such as permitting and construction management. Leverage regional staff to deliver high-quality services in the Dakotas and Wyoming. Engage in client management and project support activities. Support business development efforts with existing and new clients. Perform additional duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications: PE license or ability to obtain South Dakota PE within 12 months. PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. Experience and relationships in South Dakota are advantageous. Experience with transmission, substation, and renewable projects preferred. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 7+ years of relevant experience. At least 2 years in project management. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
