Horizon Farm Credit is recruiting for an Ag Relationship Manager to join our lending team at our Coudersport, PA branch. The role involves servicing members and marketing to prospective members in Potter, Cameron, McLean, Elk, and Clearfield counties. The typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a hybrid work schedule available after 6 months of employment. Ideal Candidate:
An experienced professional with strong financial skills, a passion for agriculture, experience managing a large portfolio, and a commitment to helping farmers achieve their goals through personalized loan solutions. Responsibilities include: Developing new business by pursuing new customers and engaging with the community. Expanding existing relationships by researching customer needs and matching products accordingly. Interviewing loan applicants, analyzing credit and financial data, and making credit decisions.
