We are searching for a strategic

Technical Recruiter and Strategy Partner

in our Talent Acquisition organization to join our team and culture in

Alexandria, VA.

As a Recruiting and Strategy Partner, you will leverage your expertise to find and attract highly skilled technical talent for MTSI. You will be a trusted partner to your stakeholders, with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset to succeed in partnership with hiring managers.

How you will contribute to our Defense and Space mission:

Champion MTSI's employee-first culture and core values. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and identify the best candidates. Develop sourcing strategies to present multiple qualified candidates per opening. Source, engage, and recruit passive talent using creative strategies to fill current openings and build pipelines. Focus on sourcing cleared level candidates, supporting proposal efforts and business development. Conduct market research and gather intelligence for strategic decision-making. Locate, contact, and screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and salary expectations. Maintain active and passive candidate pipelines. Utilize recruiting tools (e.g., Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and networks for sourcing. Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities as needed, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Manage candidate activity within iCIMS ATS, ensuring compliance with OFCCP guidelines. Occasionally travel for hiring events or recruitment activities. Build relationships with colleagues and professional organizations to attract diverse candidates. Maintain records of applicant flow and outreach efforts. Attend job fairs, events, conferences, and college recruiting activities. You'll be a great fit if:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 4+ years supporting search for cleared DoD candidates, utilizing diverse sourcing methods. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Exceptional sourcing skills for cleared candidates. Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS. Must be US citizen to access sensitive information. Preferred:

Mastery of Boolean search techniques. Experience in staffing industry. Use of technology to enhance candidate experience. Respectful candidate outreach (no spamming on LinkedIn). Experience recruiting highly cleared candidates in intelligence community. #MTSI
