In this role, you will work with experienced engineers supporting the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP), including requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, coding, unit testing, integration, and support for formal testing/delivery. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of languages such as C, C++, or Python. Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance and access to a facility with special access. You will be part of the development of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Software within the Ground component, supporting the THAAD Ground Software Build and Integration Test Team. Responsibilities include build checkout, test implementation, execution, and troubleshooting in lab environments using simulated radar, launcher, and missile models. Experience in automated testing and post-test data analysis is highly desired. The candidate should function well in a creative, high-tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic, and multidisciplinary environment.
