Engagement
Organize team engagement events, from small-scale activities like Massage Day to large-scale events such as sports competitions and year-end celebrations. Organize conferences and summits to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking. Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsorships. Manage and execute town halls, overseeing all logistical details. Communications
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational initiatives, change programs, and engagement goals. Coordinate and deliver communication plans for major events, collaborating with cross-functional committees and event leads. Write, edit, and produce various content types, including campaign messaging, newsletters, event materials, video scripts, and announcements. Build and manage a communications calendar for timely updates across internal platforms. Track engagement metrics and evaluate communication effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed. Support change management initiatives with clear messaging to aid employee understanding and adoption. Advise stakeholders on communication best practices, storyboarding, content planning, and message clarity. Ensure all communications adhere to organizational standards, voice, and brand guidelines.
