We're looking for a talented Defense Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 2+ years of direct experience to join their General Liability team. Firm Overview Our client has a stable of talented attorneys committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients in insurance, manufacturing, transportation, construction and real estate. They are searching for the brightest minds to join one of the most trusted firms in the industry. Role Overview Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial? Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests? Can you take and defend depositions? Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings? Qualifications 2+ years of civil litigation experience Premises liability, professional liability, employment, transportation
experience is a plus Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED Admitted to practice law in Georgia Base Salary + Bonus (transparent, achievable) IRA plan with company contribution Medical, vision, and dental insurance Seniority level
