This position will be responsible for supervising recreation and activities attendant staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, cash control, and cleanliness of areas including Recreation, Fitness Center, Pools, and outdoor amenities. The individual will assist in training new hires and will be accountable for inventory, ordering, and stocking. Daily operations of activities, fitness centers, pools, and outdoor amenities are also part of this role. Company Benefits

Oversee planning and execution of resort activities and events; supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff Develop promotional communications and ensure proper distribution Manage supplies, inventory, and merchandise Handle cash bank, daily deposits, vendor, and guest relations Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old with one year of driving experience Strong communication skills Ability to make decisions with limited supervision Excellent customer service and cash handling skills Inventory experience preferred Ability to operate cash registers and adding machines Basic resort information communication skills Team-oriented attitude Supervisory Responsibilities
Train, schedule, and evaluate staff; ensure proper organization and staffing Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED Two years of supervisory experience Experience in recreation management or supervision preferred Experience in resort activities, fitness, or retail operations a plus Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
