Job Summary
The IT Project Coordinator will support multiple project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT architecture solutions to our clients. You will work closely with project managers to help ensure projects are on time, within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Our project teams consist of experienced IT architects (enterprise, solution, data), project managers, and business analysts who work to deliver IT architectural solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities And Duties
Support the Project Manager and project team members in completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
Help track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
Support communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation to meet client needs and requirements.
Monitor project risks and issues, and assist in resolution tracking.
Assist in preparing status reports and dashboards for internal and client review.
Ensure adherence to internal and client project management methodologies and standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Coordinate project logistics to ensure the team has access required for successful engagement with the client.
Work within established project delivery methodologies under the direction of the Project Manager.
Qualifications And Skills
Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Health, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in project coordination of large IT projects.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) is a plus.
Experience in the Health and Human Services field, preferably Medicaid, is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
