is an international company with a highly experienced team focused on cracking cancers code. Through our multi-omics and bioinformatics models, we have developed methods to detect cancer in its earliest stages by reading disease signals in blood. Starting with a colorectal cancer screening liquid biopsy test, we are building a multi-cancer platform to identify DNA regions associated with various cancers. The Opportunity Universal DX is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage incoming shipments, track inventory levels, and organize stock in our assay development laboratory. This role ensures materials such as consumables and reagents are received, labeled, logged, and stored properly. The coordinator will collaborate with the Lab Operations Manager, Finance, and Quality teams to support procurement, verify material receipt, maintain compliance documentation, and fulfill internal requests accurately and promptly. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role vital to maintaining a compliant and efficient laboratory environment. What You Will Bring High school diploma required; associates degree or coursework in a scientific, logistics, or technical field preferred 13 years of experience in lab inventory control, shipping/receiving, or lab supply management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records of lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage conditions Familiarity with Excel, inventory tracking tools, and inventory management software; LIMS experience is a plus. Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus. Understanding of FIFO inventory practices and proper storage requirements for lab reagents and consumables Ability to collaborate effectively with Lab Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure accurate and compliant receipt of materials Comfortable working in cold storage environments and lifting up to 50 lbs Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset Why Now?
