THE JOB

OMG23 is seeking a Specialist, Search & YouTube to work on a Disney-adjacent account. The Specialist is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search campaigns and will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with overall media goals. This person will be responsible for building ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns.

Please note this is a paid media position, not a content creation or social community management role.

Responsibilities Include

Paid Search and YouTube

Execute paid media campaigns on SA360, Google Search, Bing, and YouTube Plan, manage, and report on paid campaigns Including but not limited to: account setup, strategy development, organization, and management Work within a team to ensure campaign tactics ladder up to campaign strategic pillars Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet or exceed campaign objectives Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and trend tools (i.e. Doubleclick Search, Google Trends, etc.) Forecast and track paid search demand and regularly communicate findings to the client

Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of work experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and YouTube marketing campaigns for larger brands, preferably in the financial, insurance or mutual funds industries. Required competency in the following areas: Basic understanding of online marketing including paid search and YouTube Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings Self-starter with the ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment Analytical mindset. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills Proven team player and works well under pressure Strong Excel skills are necessary

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$60,000—$69,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
