MTSI is seeking a
Kill-Chain Systems Analyst
with 5 years of modeling and simulation experience to provide expertise in multi-domain defense simulation development and testing. The person in this position will support model and analysis tool development, as well as conduct detailed analysis.
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, physics). 5 years' experience supporting modeling and simulation of sensor, weapon, and/or threat systems. Ability to apply engineering rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems. Capable of performing analysis to measure key system performance metrics and verify model behavior using ground and flight test data. Ability to create, test, and debug scripts and programs in MATLAB, Python, and C++. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work in a team environment. Proven ability to author various project documentation. Prior experience supporting a major defense acquisition program in a high-visibility, mission-critical environment. Desired Qualifications:
10 years' experience supporting modeling and simulation of sensor, weapon, and/or threat systems. Experience with the AFSIM simulation framework is highly desired. Experience modeling and analyzing RF and IR-based engagements of aircraft and countermeasures. Ability to perform high-fidelity operational system analysis to quantify sensor, weapon system, and kill chain effectiveness, as well as system survivability assessments. Experience developing briefings and presenting analysis results to high-level government stakeholders. Master of Science degree preferred. Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active secret clearance; US citizenship required.
