Caterpillar's Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and coordination activities for the team within the Retail Electric Power Global Sales team within Electric Power.
What You Will Do:
- Maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for staff.
- Typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
- Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
- Coordinate dealer and customer visits ensuring all logistics are arranged and communicated effectively.
- Manage and maintain calendars for assigned managers and teams, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with attention to priorities and time zones.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
Top candidates will also have:
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office is highly desired.
- Experience in Sales Force, Power BI, Concur, Guided Buy, DocuSign, and NextGen is highly desired.

Summary Pay Range: $24.60 - $36.90 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
