Coach and mentor branch team members on products and services. Collaborate with bankers to meet with customers and introduce new clients to banking products. Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives. Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations. Maintain good relationships with customers as a mortgage expert. Provide financial recommendations based on analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate. 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking. Knowledge of local real estate markets. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Skills
FHA/VA sales experience. Marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills. Intermediate PC skills in Windows. Additional Requirements
This position requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and registration with the NMLS under the SAFE Act. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks, registration, and compliance with licensing requirements. About Us
