This position, part of the National/Enterprise Mobility brand, is for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The role involves providing superior, friendly, and efficient service, offering company-approved products and services to ensure a positive customer experience. It also includes facilitating rentals through verification and documentation of driver information for an efficient rental process.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, located at the Williston Basin International Airport, 1412 Jensen Lane, Williston, ND 58801.

Available Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12am Friday - Tuesday, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers professionally and promptly Providing efficient service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services Using approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment Assisting customers with directions, maps, and local information Handling incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and inquiries, and providing resolutions Making outgoing calls for callbacks and other tasks Assessing rental condition upon return Reporting customer or vehicle issues to management Participating in ongoing training and development Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications Requirements include: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years At least 18 years old
