You and the staff you supervise, will be speaking with candidates who are looking for a job (or a new job). Responsibilities: Help job seekers navigate the labyrinth of modern‑day job hunting Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads Develop, supervise, and motivate remote staff in a way that is fun for all Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative A team player with excellent communication skills Willing to commute to our Boston office There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
