Superintendent
Trillium Construction is now hiring a Superintendent in South Haven, MN! Our client specializes in commercial TI and ground up projects around the Twin Cities area and they are now looking to bring on a Superintendent on a contract basis. This contract could last anywhere from 3 months to 1+ year. This position pays up to $50 an hour plus we offer benefits like M/V/D. Duties
Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities for TI projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor progress and safety compliance. Work closely with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors. Develop and manage construction schedules (look-ahead schedules, updates, etc.). Identify and resolve onsite issues proactively to avoid delays. Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and logs. Manage onsite meetings and inspections. Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols. Qualifications: Has experience in TI projects and can oversee multiple projects at a time. Ability to manage up to 10 subs at a time.
