The
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
completes administrative duties for the HR department. Performs HR functions, including processing onboarding and offboarding, ordering business service items, team member file management, and HRIS data auditing.
Responsibilities:
Processes newly hired team member records in the HRIS system, reviewing information for accuracy and completeness. Extends Form I-9 invitations to candidates and managers. Conducts follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely I-9 submission. Reviews all I-9 documentation for accuracy and completeness and submit E-Verify. Promptly files electronic copies of I-9 and associated documentation. Ensure onboarding tasks are assigned, and conduct follow up for timely employee completion. Coordinate new hire apparel, uniform, and business card ordering and add team members to associated vendor accounts. Processes offboarding, including generation of offboarding paperwork, reviewing timecards for accuracy of final pay, submitting IT tickets, and HRIS data entry. Ensures coordination between payroll, the manager, and notifying appropriate stakeholders. Remove offboarding team members from vendor accounts. Send exit survey responses to internal stakeholders weekly. Processes Jira tickets for apparel, uniform and business card requests. Orders apparel, uniforms and business cards and tracks order and replenishment status. Provide tracking information and ensure timely returns and exchanges. Conduct monthly audit of inventory report and make recommendations of replenishment orders. Partners with Payroll to ensure that team member records and pay are accurate and processed correctly. Conducts weekly and monthly audits of the newly hired team member records, status changes, and terminations. Update vendor spending limits for team member LOAs. Complete ad-hoc HRIS data audits and fulfillment of reporting requests. Maintains team member filing system and ensures all electronic files are complete. Ensures all files are current and in compliance with internal processing requirements. System administration for travel and expense reimbursement technology. Pull ad-hoc travel and expense reports as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience working in human resources or related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Working knowledge of Workday preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning and analysis skills. Strong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills. Capable of meeting multiple deadlines.
Compensation The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $25.50 to $30.61 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional Compensation This position is not eligible to receive additional compensation.
