Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support. Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Manage a team of procurement professionals and provide leadership and mentorship. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. Experience working in a non-profit or public health organization is a plus. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve procurement goals. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
