We are seeking purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Education & Empowerment Coaches. In this role, you will guide clients through financial concepts in a clear, personalized way, provide one-on-one coaching, and support community outreach and education efforts. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided. Responsibilities Build strong client relationships through networking, events, outreach, follow-up, and referrals Conduct financial consultations and support the creation of custom financial roadmaps Present educational content via workshops, webinars, and networking events Engage in ongoing training and collaboration with a supportive team Ideal Candidate Passionate about helping others Strong communication and listening skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule Comfortable learning and sharing financial concepts (no prior experience required) Background in coaching, teaching, customer service, or community engagement is a plus Based in the Cincinnati area with availability for occasional in-person meetings Financial certifications or licenses are welcomed but not required – we will help you qualify to become a contractor with us.
