to lead a growing team and elevate investment support across multi-asset, alternative, and private market strategies. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations across SMAs, ETFs, 40’ Act funds, and private structures (LPs, Trusts). Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Drive process improvement, tech innovation, and operational scale. Partner with senior leadership and manage key external relationships. What You Bring: 10+ years in investment operations leadership within asset management. Deep expertise in
ETFs , multi-asset investing, derivatives, and private markets. Strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and operational infrastructure. CFA preferred; FINRA licensing a plus. Seniority level
