3 months ago Be among the first 25 applicants This leading, established commercial general contractor is involved in numerous major projects in the D.C. Metro area, and nationwide.
Due to ongoing growth and with a strong backlog of federal, commercial and light industrial building projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to join their team. They typically work on projects valued between $30M and $200M+.
Initially working on a $160M+ project you will support the project delivery team leading key scopes and sections on this multi-year project. In this role you will lead a small team, overseeing weekly schedules, safety, quality control and sub-contractor management and working directly with the end user, reporting to a Director of Field Operations.
